All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms — we have no access to your payment details.

The games, their names, artwork, design, and the content of this site are the property of Bright Tools Studio. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Our apps and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Tools Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of our apps or site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
